Rumi Swimwear is an online swimwear store shipping to customers within the United States. If you need help with an order, a return, an exchange or a sizing question, we are happy to hear from you.

How to reach us

The fastest way to reach us is through the contact form on our Contact page. Messages are monitored during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, and we aim to reply within 1 to 2 business days. We do not currently offer telephone support, so please use the contact form rather than calling.

Orders are picked, packed and shipped from our fulfilment warehouse in California, United States. Please do not send returns to our Edmonton business address. All returns must be sent to the return address provided to you when your return is approved.
