This website is operated by Rumi Swimwear. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Rumi Swimwear. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced herein, such as our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms of this agreement, you may not access the website or use any Service.

1. Online Store Terms

Our products are sold and shipped to customers within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We have made every effort to display the colours and images of our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour will be accurate. Swimwear fit varies between individuals, and any sizing guidance we provide is intended as a general reference rather than a guarantee of fit.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information on our site.

4. Pricing and Orders

All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorized transaction, a pricing or product listing error, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method. Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to their own stated conditions, may be limited in quantity or duration, and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Returns, Exchanges and Shipping

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, both of which form part of these Terms. Please review them before placing an order. For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and hygiene liners attached.

6. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, and to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping address, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
