Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your new swimwear. If the fit isn't right, we'll help you exchange it or send it back.
Return window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or an exchange.
Exchanges are free
Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free. We cover the cost of shipping your replacement anywhere in the US.
Returns for refund
A flat $8 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Condition requirements
For health and hygiene reasons, every item must come back to us:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tried on over your own underwear only
- Free of stains, marks, deodorant, fragrance and sand
- With all tags and the hygiene liner still attached
- In its original packaging where possible
Items that reach us without an intact hygiene liner and tags cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Discounted orders
Orders placed with a promotional code, including RUMI20, can be returned and exchanged on exactly the same terms. Only items clearly marked "Final Sale" on their product page are excluded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including all shipping costs, at no charge to you.
How to start a return
Send us a message through the contact form on our Contact page, or DM @rumiswimwear on Instagram. Include your order number and let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund. We reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
Please do not ship anything back before you have heard from us, as unannounced returns can be delayed or lost.
When you get your money back
Once your return arrives and passes our hygiene inspection, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 3-10 business days to show it on your statement.
