Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. Orders are dispatched from our facility in Hayward, California.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Rates and delivery times

• Standard Shipping - $10. Arrives 5-10 business days after dispatch, with tracking.
• Free Standard Shipping on every order of $100 or more. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout so you know when to expect your order before you pay.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel leaves us you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating after you receive it.

Delays

Once a parcel is with the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. Weather, peak periods and carrier backlogs can add a few days. If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, get in touch and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will re-ship it once you cover the $10 shipping cost again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
